Associate Project Development Engineer
June 2022 - August 2023

At Spin Master, I focused on bringing new and innovative outdoor products to life. In my role as the product development engineer for Swimways Water Sports (formerly COOP) and Swimways Licensed Products, I worked to bring new toys to market on time and on cost. Through this work I was able to further develop the following skills:

• 3D modeling using SolidWorks

• Design for mass production using injection molding

• Developing cost effective solutions by leveraging material, design, and manufacturing efficiencies

• Communicating with US and overseas teams to manage product lifecycle and manufacturing

• Managing timelines and team deliverables to bring products to shelves on time

• Working with cross functional teams to understand design, quality, and branding considerations
